you should write. right?

hey you! do you enjoy snacking? do you enjoy drinking? do you enjoy rambling? if you're reading this blog, there's a good chance that you do. how about writing? you like doing that too? great! how about writing but not getting paid for it? yeah? well golly gee willikers do i have a proposal for you, sir and/or madam...

eat!drink!snack! is looking for a few good men and/or women to contribute their writing skillz to the eat!drink!snack! team!

that's right! at the moment, the writing staff is comprised of just me but if writing for eat!drink!snack! tickles your fancy & i don't hate you, there will be multiple writers on the site, allowing us to refer to ourselves as a team! please note that as of right now i have no plans to create team uniforms, but i'm very open to suggestions, especially ones that involve chaps and/or a helmet.

do you lay on the floor of your dimly-lit bathroom floor shoveling spoonfuls of chunky monkey into your mouth between sobs, wishing that you wrote more? do you have a blog of your own & want to get a negligible amount of additional exposure for it? do you think that the folks at nestle are a bunch of assholes & you want the world to know? these are all PERFECT reasons to write for eat!drink!snack!

so yeah...i'm looking for a few somewhat-reliable people who would contribute to the site on a semi-regular basis, but if you're interested in just writing a single guest post, that's cool too. one thing i'd really love to have on the site is a devoted beer columnist, so if you like to drink lots of beer, let me know. oh!...& keep in mind that anything you write has to be accompanied by a few photos, so you need to have a camera that takes quality photos. since they're putting cameras in everything these days, i assume that won't be an issue.

send me an email at parowpyro at eatdrinksnack dot com. tell me why you love snacks & drinks and if you have a brilliant column idea, toss that in there. also, please direct me to some stuff you've written so i can determine whether or not you're a chump. once i deem you non-chump material, we can talk about getting those uniforms made up. rad? rad.
